Generic multilib

For Wine and similar backward compatibility we need many 32-bit libraries on 64-bit systems, such as: libz, libjpeg, libx11, and similar. Maybe even Vulkan or Mesa. It would probably be best to add generic MULTILIB support, e.g. a SDECFG_MULTILIB_PKG_LIST and automatically build those packages twice. Maybe even factoring away the custom glibc32 package along the way.
