speech_recognition Hi ,the example app you have given stops with in 1 sec and the error on debug console is below. Whatever i say after starting the button within in under 1 second gets converted. after that is stops . Is it designed so that it stops after 1 sec.

I have added location permission now it hold for 3-4 seconds but it stops after that and converts. How can we continuously convert speech into words? My aim is to make a voice assistant that listens to some specific keyword then do something.

I believe that this would be beneficial for everybody, maybe to have something like: listeningTimeBetweenWords: 3 minutes .... it would have a maximum value of, let's say 10 minutes.

@rxlabz It would be really better to have the provision of giving custom time before it stops listening. Imagine a case where people think about what to say which can take more than 1 sec.
