Fix wrong active tab with workspace.lua and startup error

To reproduce the error:

  1. Use workspace.lua
  2. Open 1+ files
  3. Make a typo in any lite's plugin
  4. Restart lite

Expected behavior: The error log will open Observed behavior: A random tab opens
