App Layout for Zoom is applying layout to a Zoom window not in the saved layout

FYI, I just tried with the Zoom windows and it doesn't work. I have 3 zoom windows. The main zoom app, always running and a meeting open with the participants view, and a 3rd window for the main speaker (I use zoom in multi monitor mode). I created the layout with the zoom app running, but when I apply it, the main zoom window is taking the space for the participant view, even though the main window is not even part of the layout. I just have the 2 windows of the active meeting in the layout.
