App "Notion Calendar" Doesn’t Open in App Layout with Rectangle Pro

Hi,

I’m encountering an issue when using a shortcut to activate the app layout with Rectangle Pro. The shortcut works as expected: the desired apps open and are arranged on the display. However, the Notion Calendar does not open as part of this layout, even though other apps work correctly.

In my testing, Notion Calendar is being properly sized & positioned by an app layout. This points to an issue with Notion Calendar maybe not responding to macOS Accessibility commands? (and potentially outside of Rectangle Pro's ability to fix). If you restart Notion Calendar does it persist?

Yes, it persists. However, it works on my built-in display well. The error only shows up when I'm using my ultra wide monitor.

I also tested other apps with the same dimensions on my ultra wide monitor. There is no error.

Thanks for the update. If you don't mind assisting with troubleshooting, can you perform the following steps?

  1. Create a layout with only Notion Calendar.
  2. Enable logging in Rectangle Pro: Hold the option key in the menu bar menu and select View Logging...
  3. Execute the Notion Calendar layout.
  4. Let me know what the logs say.
