[Feature request] Multiple Windows Tile Options: add 1x2 & 1x3, and placement ordering.

I love the tile options. On a large monitor I find myself frequently using 2 or 3 windows simultaneously. Laid out in what would be a 1x2 or 1x3 format. It would be great to have a tile option for this with a shortcut key.

Also it would be nice to have an option to configure where the windows are placed: top row first then bottom, or bottom then top (which is the current behavior.

I might add more default tiling options in the future, but until then, you can make your own like this:

These would just apply the windows in order of z-index, top window would go left, 2nd would go center, 3rd would go right.
