Ignore not disabling window throw with mouse button

Hello, I am trying out this application. I have noticed that the Ignore option doesn't deactivate window throw (using mouse buttons) for the relevant windows. I noticed this while gaming and also in my browser. The ignore option does seems to prevent the click and drag to snap (the normal rectangle function).

Another suggestion that is only partly related is that instead of selecting the foreground window to ignore. There should be an option to select out of a list of running apps which to ignore. In the aforementioned game (League of Legends), my mouse is generally not allowed to move outside of the game window (and hence click the menu bar). I was eventually able to get this working to "ignore" using the rectangle pro menu bar icon but I think it would have been much easier if we could select from a list of open apps within rectangle pro itself.
