Window throw and resize window doesn't work with some applications on external displays.

rectangle pro version: 3.0.13 154 System Version: macOS 14.1.1 (23B81) Kernel Version: Darwin 23.1.0

Kitty, Telegram, only detected on the primary display or if I place the mouse on the window title.

Sorry for the late response here. In short, this is due to the content of those windows not operating with the Accessibility API in macOS. I'll see if I can build in a workaround in the next release.
