Not entirely sure if this is a rectangles specific issue or an Adobe specific issue but while in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro using a keyboard short cut to throw a window in either left half, right half, or maximize upon touching either of those applications the window reverts back to its original size and location instead of staying where rectangles placed it

In the gif above I am physically moving the window to show you Ive selected the window but the same behavior happens upon simply selecting the window without moving it
