Master shortcut fast alteration

Most of your hotkey shortcuts are iterations off of a foundational shortcut. Is it possible to make this 'master' shortcut alterable such that the user doesn't need to change each shortcut manually / individually if they otherwise stick to the defaults.

Examples:

I'd like to change all of the default Ctrl+Alt+[modifer] to Shift+fn+[modifier]. I'd like to change all of the default Alt+[modifier] to fn+[modifier].

You can export the config, search and replace, then import config.

I think having a capability to do this within the app does make sense though - until then the import export is a workaround.
