Keyboard shortcuts change when switching keyboard layouts

macOS version: 14.6.1 (23G93) Rectangle version: Version 0.83 (89) Logs if applicable (In Rectangle menu, hold option, "View Logging..."):

Not sure if this is a MacOS issue or Rectangle specific.

Define some shortcuts in one keyboard layout, then switch layouts with MacOS.

The shortcuts seem to bind to the key position instead of the letters.

For example with US layout I have ctrl-command-shift-option-j bound to first third. US Qwerty shortcuts

Switching to colemak layout the shortcut becomes ctrl-command-shift-option-n. Colemak shortcuts

The j becomes n in the shortcut but it should remain as j. The N key in the colemak layout is in the same position as the J key in qwerty, but I don't think about the position when remembering shortcuts. I remember to press all modifiers + J.
