Top gap is about 20% larger than the other gaps.

The gaps between windows and on left/right/bottom edges are the same. The gap between an app and the bottom of the menu bar is about 20%-ish larger than the other gaps.

Tried disabling bartender, rebooting, any obvious stuff that might affect the appearance of windows or the menu bar.
