Hope this helps. I disabled double-click on Mac window's title bar, and with Rectangle's double-click window to maximize enabled.

@sai-educ Thanks for the details. Typically this happens when certain apps stop responding to the Accessibility API that Rectangle uses to get window information and set window sizes and positions. This is usually fixed by relaunching the app that is not responding to the Accessibility API.

It's also possible that some of the logic in Rectangle is missing an edge case that you have with specifically what's being clicked on in the title bar.

Hi,

I am facing the same problem here.

macOS Version: 10.12.6 Rectangle Version: 0.68

(macOS double-click to Zoom enabled, Rectangle double-click to maximize disabled, vice versa works no problem.)

@rxhanson This issue happens quite often for me. So, with the logging on (after quitting Microsoft edge and reopen). The log goes as follows:

2023-11-14T17:38:19+11:00: Failed to find frontmost window.

After that, clicking / double clicking on the title windows produces no log. Other functionality (snapping) works and produce logs however.

I've already followed the correct settings:

I also noticed this, but unfortunately didn't have loggin on at the time.

What's interesting though for my particular case is that it was specifically maximizing that didn't work. After pressing Ctrl+Opt+Enter to maximize I could double click to restore the window size, but still not double click to maximize

For me all of a sudden it started working.
