Cycle through displays are are not working with displays of different resolutions

display stops 3/4 way when cycling through right 1/2 shortcut image

macOS version: ventura 13.0 Rectangle version: 0.65 Logs if applicable (In Rectangle menu, hold option, "View Logging..."):

It appears that certain displays are not working properly with the Accessibility API and Ventura. This might be something best fixed macOS side, but I will be researching workarounds soon.
