Feature request: allow horizontal scrolling when Cmd is pressed, keep it disabled otherwise.

Love this app, especially for disabling horizontal, but...sometimes I actually do need to horizontal scroll. Is there a way to have an option cmd+scroll to force allow it? but keep it disabled if cmd is not pressed. I'd definitely purchase the app then.
