How to config to emulate middle mouse click and drag on Mac book trackpad?

Select the "Middle Click and Pan" on a gesture that will result in touches left on the trackpad.

My recommended gesture for this is one of the "Rest 3/4/5 and remove all but one" gestures.

When the gesture is performed, a middle click down will be executed. With one touch remaining on the trackpad, move your touch to perform the drag and remove that remaining touch to execute the middle click up.
