Make zet mark url and link current aware

Right now when adding zettelkasten links they resolve to the current directory instead of the currently active zettelkasten. This needs to be fixed with the ability to override by adding an additional parameter indicating the zettel to link to so that work between zettel repos can be done and link to the other, even though such linking should be discouraged in practice.
