Update to ASP.NET Core RTM

This project is exactly what I was looking for, but it looks like you haven't done any work on it for some time.

@Digillect has a fork in which he's upgraded to Core RTM - it would be great if this could be merged in and pushed to NuGet?

I kind of abandoned it when work took me in another direction. But great there is an upgrade to Core RTM. I'll look into it, never done much with GitHub actually so help is appreciated :)

Merged the fork into the develop branch. I'd be glad to push it to NuGet but have zero experience and no time. Not sure what's the best way to go forward.

@rwwilden if its ok for you I will push it to nuget.org with settings in csproj file in my fork of your repo:

Hi, sorry for not getting back sooner. I have no problem at all if you push your fork to nuget.org with the csproj file as you have it now. Thanks for leaving me in as author since I abandoned the project quite some time ago.
