Where is 'src/Modules.hh'?

Hello. I'm trying to set up rasr system. After I finished check by '.scripts/requirements.sh', I compile 'make'. However, I received an error.

Makefile:50: recipe for target 'src/Modules.hh' failed make: *** [src/Modules.hh] Error 126

I searched this file, but I cannot find. So, Please tell me how to solve this problem.
