[BUG] The filter has not been found error

Bug-related issues need to report how, when (how often) and where an issue occurs. To answer these questions, the following sections are defined:

Summary - After some while the error "The filter has not been found. Filter id:" appears. Currently it has to be seen if this error leads to a heap space error. The error is mentioned on the web3j GitHub but no real solution has been proposed. Only a fix from a contributor who encountered the same problem. The proposed fix did not work for other who encountered the same problem.
