Breaking transfer nodes/filters leaves invisible block and no item drops.

MC Version: 1.12.2 Mod Version: extrautils2-1.12-1.7.3.jar Forge Version: forge-14.23.1.2610

What happens: Breaking a transfer node/filter will cause the block to not actually break, but will be invisible, and you can't place any blocks or walk on the block which it occupied.

What is expected: Breaking the block will provide the original item back.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a Transfer Node (Items) on the ground.
  2. Try to break the Transfer Node.
  3. The block will now be invisible, and will not drop the correct item.
  4. Walking into the block causes you to stutter, as if the block is actually still there.

We also have seen this issue and the only way we could remove them is with the wrench, nodes first, then pipes. Otherwise, invisible blocks and no drops!

Also having this issue. The one probe shows a lot of errors in the tooltip when looking at the nodes.

Placing a transfer node down doesn't deduct from the inventory. I used a moving wand in creative to get rid of it.
