(1.10.2) In Project Ozone Lite Modpack having odd glitch

When using the Search Nearby Inventories for Item keybind, the item being searched for goes white in some cases and loses all data (damage, stats, NBT), if picked up and put back down it fixed. In some rare cases, it appears to wipe the data permanently, leaving you with a blank item. It also does not search for the item. It was working fine a day or two ago, so may, be a mod conflict with something I added, will keep testing.

Had it happen to a Tinkers' Construct pickaxe. Has 1 durability and no mining speed.
