[Request] Lower particle option for Cursed Earth

Just being near it makes it start smoking a lot more, which affects my framerate. Maybe an option to make it just use the normal amount regardless of player proximity?

What happens if you reduce the number of particles in Minecraft itself? There's an option for it in video settings, IIRC.

I don't want to reduce ALL particles, though, just the insane amount that Cursed Earth creates.
