Minecraft Server | SkyFactory3 | extrautils2:synergy

I recently set up a pre configured Server (i set it up on my PC and uploaded it to a root) and now after the upload I get the error that the item extrautils2:synergy is already registered as Block{null} and Block{extrautils2:synergy}, what do I do now?

Skyfactory3 Version 3.0.7 (updated from 3.0.6) i7 6600 64 GB Ram

Another similar problem, after update extrautlites to 1.7.3

The name extrautils2:spike_stone has been registered twice, for Block{null} and Block{extrautils2:spike_stone}
