Version 1.12: Ring of the flying Squid stops working on dimension change

Modpack: FTB University 1.1.1 Issue: When changing the dimension (any dimension) the ring stops working. This may occur with other angel rings too. As a temporary solution one can pop the ring out and back again, but this is no valid fix. All Mills are chunkloaded and the ring shows being sufficiently powered in the tooltip.

Additionally in the mod overview, Extr Utilities 2 does not show a version but "${version}"

This is a known bug with most items that grant flight or other movement effects (Angel Ring (ExU2), Swiftwolf’s Rendering Gale (ProjectE/EquivEx), etc). Pretty sure there is nothing ExU2 can do.
