Add option to disable Ferrous Juniper or smelting its planks

When ProjectE is installed alongside Extra Utilities 2, the latter creates an EMC exploit through the ferrous juniper planks and their ability to be smelted into iron nuggets, while also reducing the EMC value of iron nuggets.

I was advised by ProjectE's developer to disable the ferrous juniper, but the Extra Utilities 2 config does not appear to provide this option, so I would like to request either it's addition, or that the smelting recipe for ferrous juniper planks be disabled if ProjectE is detected.
