Rare bug happened late in the game, now it triggers all the time, unplayable

We had a mostly desync free playthrough for 3 days but yesterday we reached a point where it was desync after desync even when trying to clear queue by drafting. We are playing modless so its not a compatibility issue. Hopefully the logs tell you the full story and you can fix it. Thank you.

You have a lot of weird errors, definitely will desync just from the error, I suspect you abandoned your home base? It's complaining about missing map.
