Different Language Settings can cause desync

Thank you very much for this great mod.

One smaller note where I am sure you know it, because in same issues it is mention: Different language settings can cause a desync.

A note in the FAQ would be cool.

The perfect solution would be to also sync this settings, but I know time and ressoruces are limited ;)
