Syncing Form Caravan and Caravan Dev Mode Gizmos

This would be a low priority enhancement , but essentially I think it would be helpful to sync up the use of these specific dev mode gizmos. For players that wish to spend the start of the game divvying up resources and colonists and then sending caravans to where each player wants to start. Only one of the caravan gizmos is necessary to make this happen (Dev: Teleport to destination), but I figured just listing them all would be easier.

Form Caravan Gizmos:

Caravan Gizmos:

• [x] Dev: +20% psyfocus
• [x] Dev: Teleport to destination
• [x] Dev: Plague on random pawn
• [x] Dev: Forage
• [x] Dev: Mental break
• [x] Dev: Make random pawn hungry
• [x] Dev: Kill random pawn
• [x] Dev: Kill all non-slave pawns
• [x] Dev: Harm random pawn
• [x] Dev: Down random pawn
• [x] Dev: Trigger random dissolution event
