Gates do not open

We need the object sliding opcode and possibly a lot more

Still an issue, at least this gate doesn't open:

gate [tested by starting new game and driving straight to here, gate opened in real one but not in openrw]

During the mission Triads And Tribulations this gate should also open with the right vehicle:
