Table of contents broken after scrolling

The table of contents on the left side of the page shows you what section of the page you're on as you scroll. But once you scroll beyond the current week and the previous week loads, the table of contents breaks and no longer scrolls.

I've noticed that every week's contents HTML has a id="posts-content" in it, which is invalid HTML. Perhaps that's related.
