Build binaries for Ubuntu 20.04 arm64 (to install in CircleCI)

CircleCI added arm64 machines running Ubuntu 20.04 Would be really great if ruby 2.6/2.7/3.0 binaries were added, to increase builds speed 🙏

+1 We're building images with ubuntu 22.04 and ruby 3.1 on arm64 - it would be nice to have arm64/aarch64 binaries instead of compiling every time. Is there a way to help?
