Initial version of S0 counter implementation. Settings are in the settings dialogue included It has MQ implemented for the S0 counters , avg. time per pulse and calculated kW The MQ autodiscover function is not yet implemented.

Latest commit concludes my change. Modified MQTT Discovery Made change to Debug Help, added debug option for sensors

This code is now running for months without problems. I think it can be merged. It adds S0 counter to measure energy consumed by warmtepomp through kWh meter with S0 pulse output. Furthermore it improves the code for temp (Dallas) sensors It adds MQTT Discovery
