Quest Loadouts

Add support for custom manual quest loadouts.

The UI for selecting the loadout is done as per the other loadout selectors (gold/yggdrasil etc.):

There is a new checkbox called "Swap Loadout for Manual Quests". If enabled, the loadout will be swapped after starting a major quest if "Allow major quests" is enabled, and for minor quests if "Manual minors" is enabled. The loadout gets reset whenever questing manually.
