Best AUG will commit resources to both parts of an AUG pair even one of them is not affordable.

Like it says in the title, I'm currently running a Best Aug as part of my priorities but it appears that it wants to assign the energy to split between those 2 items equally, even though one of them is definitely not affordable at this point given my current income per second vs the cost.
