Getting multiple consensus paths

Is there a way to generate multiple consensus paths and not just only the best/heaviest path?

Unfortunately, this feature is not implemented and at the moment I do not have the time to add it. It is well described in the second POA paper if you feel like implementing it yourself. If not, I might add it in the future.
