Not able to see filename

I have a problem when I selecct "Synchronize Translation Units" the first time in a project.

I'm asked to select the base file, but the dialog that is shown I cannot see which file is which. I can only see the first part of the path. 2023-06-09_09-33-41

Also it would be simpler if I could right click a xlf-file and select "Use as Base translation file".
