2 & 3 keys do not work

I use keyd on fedora on the framework 13" using a dvorak keyboard and found that when pressing the 2 & 3 keys with a combination with another key it didn't work Here's how I found it : Capslock + o + e + 2

Sounds like rollover, a hardware issue. Check if the keys register when keyd is not running.

Tried sudo keyd monitor-t, and even when o & e were mapped as noop, it didn't work, I tried xev and even that didn't work, and that's why I suspected keyd to be the issue
