how to map Capslock + e to leftctrl

can anyone help me with mapping capslock+e to leftctrl?

There are many different ways you could do this with slightly different behaviours (see the manual). I'm taking a wild guess here:

[main]
capslock = layer(capslock)

[capslock]
e = layer(control)

I need (alt+q) to quit an application, alt BS to delete but I've tried something weird then it says 'bind: Connection refused'
