Problem with spurious capslock when using documented method

Using the documented method of enabling capslock can cause spurious capslock being turned on. By adding a delay, this no longer happens.

I will be creating a PR with my changes that fix this.

Can you elaborate on what produces the 'spurious capslock' activation? This should only happen if you press both shift keys at the same time, otherwise it is a bug.
