How can I dedicate the 2bd keyboard separately to keys

I see that I can list [id] in the keyd. I have other keyboards and I would love to assign the keys of 2nd keyboard to do different things.

when I was on windows I used autohotkey AHI (Auto hotkey intercept) to do this, it's a library on windows. but on linux I got no clue how can I do that. I see keyd and I think like wait this is possible isn't it ?

so do you know any ideas?

the 2nd keyboard I don't care about writing using it I just want to make it a dedicated macro keyboard. I love the idea of the keyd taps if I taped for like certain amount of time it does this and that.... I would love it somethiing like THM the autohotkey things called Tap Hold Manager on windows it's a library too.

would love to hear your suggestions
