unable to received VMC data from another computer on local network

Seems VMC data is not being received to the plugin when sending from another computer on the same network.

Input the IP of networked computer, and correct port, but no VMC data is being received.

However VMC4uE plug is able to receive the data.

On more investigation, it seems I had to edit the receive IP directly inside the BP_VMCReciever Blueprint. Setting the Receive IP Address through outliner does not work
