I was able to *temporarily* use VRM4U in UE 5.2.1 using the following method.

1. Download the VRM4U source code from here
2. Download the latest release from here
3. Unzip source and release then put the Binaries folder of the latest release into Plugins/VRM4U of the original source code
4. Load the plugin
