Add banner to logged out users

Description:

If logged out user has locally added sensors he will see them on dashboard but he is not informed that he is currently logged out. Let's check from Firebase if we have any data how many users never sign in.

Would it be possible to implement this so that we would show this to anyone who is not signed in.
