Collapsible settings jumping in 2.6.0

Description:

In iPhone SE settings menu is jumping and looks broken.

can't reproduce both on iPhone SE simulator and iPhone 13 Pro Max device. I believe I saw it only once on the device, so. I'd appreciate if you provide more details on how to achieve this kind of behaviour

@rinat-enikeev I finally managed to reproduce this. I am still not sure about the steps in this case.

I had this same issue on my SE that is running 16.7.2

Moved it to proposals. No obvious quick fix found for this. Also, not reproducible consistently on iOS 17.
