[Bug] Player Purge Time Passed But Player's Chest Is Not Unprotected

If a player has been inactive past the configured purge time (90 days for me) then their chests will not be unclaimed. I am guessing this is a more "recent" issue (aka like within the last 6 months?) because I would've expected getting a bug report much sooner in my map if it existed from the start.

• A player named Yosor has been inactive on my server for 136 days but his chest still exists at -2776 78 178 in the main world and cannot be accessed by normal players- even if they left or right click the sign and same for the chest.
