The crates.io support email got a report about arc-atomic pointing to this issue: https://github.com/colinjfw/arc-atomic/issues/2

It definitely looks like there's an issue, but there's also no response from the maintainer, and it looks like they have not been active on GitHub at all in the last ~10 months. Might need to reach out via email.

Author has responded to the issue, yanked the only version on crates.io, and there are no dependents on crates.io.
