advisory-db fxhash is unmaintained

fxhash is unmaintained, though does not appear to have serious issues. Simple PRs have been ignored since December 2019 (https://github.com/cbreeden/fxhash/pull/12), (https://github.com/cbreeden/fxhash/pull/13). rustc-hash crate seems to be a drop-in replacement.

It would be good to open an issue on cbreeden/fxhash asking about the maintenance status.

There are issues indirectly inquiring about it but none that are actually explicit, AFAICT

I think it's sufficient to say it's not maintained anymore as there was no response to https://github.com/cbreeden/fxhash/issues/20 and it's owner is not active on GitHub since 2021.
