First try of ID sync from GHSA/OSV

I am not a maintainer of this repository, so this may be completely irrelevant, but nevertheless I am going to ask: Is there a way to sort the aliases automatically, so that a line like

aliases = ["GHSA-799f-r78p-gq9c", "CVE-2020-36513", "GHSA-hv9v-7w3v-rj6f", "GHSA-p4cr-64x4-f92f", "CVE-2020-36514"]

becomes

aliases = ["CVE-2020-36513", "CVE-2020-36514", "GHSA-799f-r78p-gq9c",  "GHSA-hv9v-7w3v-rj6f", "GHSA-p4cr-64x4-f92f"]

instead?

Since some vulnerabilities seem to have quite a few aliases, any kind of recognizable order would probably be beneficial.
