Should two files named rustic-v0.10.2-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.tar.gz & rustic-v0.10.2-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.tar.gz.sha256 be modified or uploaded in version 0.10.2 to allow scoop users to use it normally?
